Refund & Chargeback Policy

At Miami Dade Apostille, we work diligently to process each document with precision, speed, and care. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and disputes:

All Sales Are Final

By purchasing any of our services—including but not limited to apostille processing, notarizations, certified translations, and document legalizations—you acknowledge and agree that:

 

• All sales are final once work has begun.

• No refunds will be issued for client errors, delays by third parties, or missed deadlines due to incomplete or late submissions.

• Translation services are non-refundable once initiated.

• Any exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of management and may be subject to an administrative fee.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed against legitimate, agreed-upon transactions will be treated as an act of fraud.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback:

• We will pursue full recovery of the amount in Florida small claims court.

• An administrative and recovery fee of up to $3,000 will be added to cover legal time, documentation preparation, and collections.

• All relevant documentation, including emails, service records, proof of delivery, and communications, will be submitted as evidence to the financial institution and/or court.

• The client will be permanently prohibited from using our services in the future.

 

Client Agreement

By submitting payment, the client confirms that:

 

• They have reviewed and agree to our terms and policies.

• They are responsible for providing correct and complete documentation.

• They understand that service timeframes are approximate and may be affected by government or consulate delays.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. All clients are subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
