Terms and Conditions – Miami Dade Apostille

All services are contingent upon the timely and accurate processing of requests by government agencies, including but not limited to the Florida Secretary of State, the U.S. Department of State, foreign embassies, and consulates. Miami Dade Apostille is not responsible for processing delays beyond its control, including government backlogs, office closures, or courier and shipping delays caused by FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, or other third parties.
3. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

All fees for services provided by Miami Dade Apostille are due upon submission of your order.

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations involving dissatisfaction, changes of mind, or government/courier delays.

By submitting payment, clients acknowledge that all documents provided are authentic, accurate, and legally valid. Miami Dade Apostille is not responsible for fraudulent, altered, or invalid documents submitted by clients.

Clients are responsible for any additional fees incurred due to rejected, incomplete, or inaccurate applications caused by client errors or omissions.

Miami Dade Apostille reserves the right to modify its fee schedule at any time. Updated pricing will be published on the website.
4. Submission of Documents
Clients must ensure that all documents submitted for processing are accurate, complete, and properly formatted. Miami Dade Apostille is not liable for delays or rejections resulting from:

Illegible, incomplete, or incorrect documents

Protected or password-encrypted files (unless pre-approved)

Fraudulent or falsified records
By submitting documents, the client affirms they have the legal right to use and authenticate those documents.
5. Processing Time and Delays
Processing times listed on our website are estimates and not guarantees. Miami Dade Apostille is not liable for delays caused by:

U.S. Department of State or state agencies

Foreign embassies and consulates

Couriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or other shipping providers

Force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or national emergencies
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
All documents sent to Miami Dade Apostille, either physically or digitally, remain the responsibility of the client until received and confirmed by us. Once shipped back, Miami Dade Apostille is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays during transit. Clients are advised to use reliable shipping services and request tracking information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

9. Intellectual Property

15. Biometric Consent Authorization
By using fingerprinting or biometric services provided by Miami Dade Apostille, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, storage, and transmission of your biometric information as outlined below.
1. Collection of Biometric Data
Miami Dade Apostille may collect and process biometric identifiers, including but not limited to fingerprints, digital scans, and biometric-based identification data, for the purpose of completing Live Scan fingerprinting, ink card fingerprinting, background checks, or related identity verification services.
2. Purpose of Collection
Biometric data will only be used for the following:

Transmission to authorized state, federal, or international agencies (including but not limited to FDLE, FBI, AHCA, and other requesting authorities)

4. Consent and Acknowledgment
By scheduling and paying for biometric services, you expressly:

Consent to the collection, use, and transmission of your biometric identifiers by Miami Dade Apostille for the stated purposes

Release Miami Dade Apostille from liability for any delays or issues caused by requesting agencies (FDLE, FBI, USCIS, AHCA, or others)

Acknowledge that biometric data is required by law for background checks and identity verification services
5. Duration of Consent
This consent remains valid for the duration of your requested services. Clients may withdraw consent in writing prior to services being rendered, understanding that withdrawal may prevent completion of the requested background check or fingerprint submission.
