Level II Background Check

Miami Dade Apostille provides FDLE Level II Live Scan fingerprinting services for Florida licensing, employment, healthcare, education, childcare, real estate, and professional background checks. All Level II fingerprinting requires an ORI number, and pricing is based on the FDLE ORI fee plus our $40 rolling fee.

 

The ORI fee varies depending on the agency or profession. Clients can search their ORI number and state fee using the official FDLE lookup tool here: FDLE ORI Lookup Tool. Once you find your ORI fee, simply add $40 to calculate your total fingerprinting cost.

All Florida Level II Live Scan fingerprinting submissions require a valid ORI number. The ORI number identifies the Florida agency authorized to receive and review your fingerprint background check results. Without the correct ORI number, fingerprints cannot be properly submitted through FDLE. Clients are responsible for obtaining the correct ORI number from their employer, licensing board, agency, or application instructions before their appointment.
