Same Day Apostille Processing in Miami
Need an apostille urgently? Submit your document for review or visit either Miami office during walk-in hours. Same-day options depend on document eligibility, readiness, submission cutoff, and government availability.
How Same Day Apostille Processing Works
Same day apostille service is available for many Florida-issued documents when the document is ready, the issuing authority is accessible, and your submission reaches us before the daily cutoff. Not every document qualifies — eligibility depends on the specific document type and the government office that issued it.
When you submit your documents for review, our team checks whether same day processing is available for your document and destination country. If it is, we explain the steps and what you need to bring or provide. If same day is not possible for your document, we will tell you the fastest realistic option.
What to bring or send: Bring the original document or the appropriate certified copy, depending on the document type. Some destination countries require specific certified record formats — if you are unsure, include that in your submission and we will advise. Bring your destination country and any deadline information so we can confirm the right authentication path.
FBI and federal reports are not same day. FBI background check reports and other federal documents require separate apostille processing through the U.S. Department of State. These are not eligible for same day apostille service. Learn about FBI apostille processing or submit an FBI apostille order.
Emergency or Urgent Deadline?
Come in as a walk-in to either Miami location during walk-in hours and bring your documents. Our team will review them and explain the fastest available option. Walk-in review does not guarantee same day government completion. For assistance or an emergency outside office hours, call or WhatsApp (786) 668-9945 to arrange assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which documents qualify for same day apostille processing?
Eligibility depends on the document type, the issuing authority, and whether the document is ready for authentication. Most Florida-issued documents — such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and notarized documents — can be reviewed for same day options. We confirm availability after reviewing your specific document.
Can I walk in for emergency same day apostille service?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome at both Miami locations Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Note that the W. Flagler Street location does not accept walk-ins on Wednesdays — appointments only that day. Walk-in review does not guarantee same day government completion; our team will explain the fastest available option for your document.
How do I submit my documents for a same day review?
Use the Submit Your Document for Review form to upload your documents and describe your deadline. Our team will review them and contact you with available options and pricing. No payment is collected until you approve.
Can FBI background check reports be apostilled the same day?
No. FBI background check reports require separate government processing through the FBI or the U.S. Department of Justice and are not eligible for same day apostille service. See our FBI Apostille Miami page for details on processing times and how to order.
Miami Dade Apostille is an independent private document processing company. We are not a government agency, a government-affiliated office, or a law firm.
