Apostilling Mexican Documents for Use in the US or Other Countries
Mexican documents — birth certificates (actas de nacimiento), marriage certificates, court records, and others — must be apostilled by the competent authority in Mexico. In Mexico, apostilles are issued by the Secretaría de Gobernación (SEGOB) or the relevant state authority, depending on the document type. Miami Dade Apostille coordinates the apostille of Mexican documents through our network of authorized agents in Mexico.
Translation Requirements
Documents apostilled for use in Mexico may need to be in Spanish or accompanied by a certified Spanish translation. Miami Dade Apostille coordinates certified translation for both directions.
