Apostille for Azerbaijan
A request from Azerbaijan can bring together records issued by several U.S. offices. Miami Dade Apostille offers apostille coordination for eligible documents from all 50 states, as well as eligible federal records. Our team reviews your copies and coordinates with the appropriate state, federal-agency or federal-court authority. Government authorities issue the apostilles; we help organize the agreed document work around the instructions you have received.

U.S. records we can help prepare for Azerbaijan
Send the list requested for your family, education, employment, property or business matter. These document groups can be reviewed for the certification and apostille service that applies to the individual record:
- Birth, marriage and death certificates, civil-status records and single-status statements
- Certified court records, including divorce decrees, adoption orders and probate documents
- FBI background checks and eligible state or local police records
- Diplomas, degrees, transcripts, school records and professional education certificates
- Powers of attorney, affidavits, parental consent letters, declarations and other eligible notarized documents
- Eligible federal documents relating to naturalization, tax residency or Social Security
- Employment, pension, income, financial and medical records with the required certification
- Corporate formation and status certificates, resolutions, contracts and eligible business or export-related records
- Passport and identity-document copies when the certification is permitted and the receiving office accepts that format
Have records from more than one issuing office?
Send copies of the complete set, including certification pages. We will review the records together and coordinate the appropriate authorities for the agreed service.
Apostilles and translation serve different purposes
For U.S. public documents covered by the Convention, an apostille replaces diplomatic or consular legalization for Azerbaijan. The receiving office may still specify a translation language and certification format. Azerbaijan's Washington embassy describes a separate service that certifies a translator's signature; this is not a mandatory extra consular step for every apostilled U.S. record. Share your procedure's translation instructions with us. We can coordinate certified translations with ITA-approved translators, with acceptance decided by the receiving authority.
Coordinate the service from the U.S. or abroad
You can arrange eligible remote document services without traveling to the United States solely to work with us. Where a signature is needed, Remote Online Notarization may be an option depending on the document, signer circumstances, applicable law and receiving procedure. Any separate signing, record-access or government attendance requirements still apply. We can arrange worldwide return shipping subject to destination and carrier availability; confirm delivery arrangements with our team before sending originals.

Miami Dade Apostille is a private document coordination service, not a government agency or law firm. We do not provide legal advice, complete applications, determine document requirements, or issue government records or apostilles. Clients must confirm requirements directly with the consulate, embassy or receiving authority in Azerbaijan. Government and receiving authorities decide eligibility and acceptance.
