Apostille for Armenia
Preparing a family file, school application or transaction in Armenia? Miami Dade Apostille helps coordinate eligible U.S. documents from all 50 states and the appropriate federal authorities. Government authorities issue the apostilles. For covered U.S. public documents, a qualifying apostille replaces diplomatic or consular legalization; the Armenian recipient still decides its document and application requirements.
Start with your Armenia document list
Show us the recipient's instructions and readable copies. Include your deadline so we can discuss the service and delivery arrangements.
Bring the documents your Armenian recipient requested
We review the record, its certification and the intended use. Eligible document groups include:
- Birth, marriage and death certificates, civil-status records and single-status evidence
- Certified divorce judgments, adoption and probate records, and other court documents
- FBI background checks and eligible state or local police records
- Diplomas, degrees, transcripts and professional education records
- Powers of attorney, affidavits, declarations, parental consents and other eligible notarized papers
- Eligible federal records, including tax-residency, Social Security and naturalization-related documents
- Employment, income, pension, financial and medical records with the required certification
- Corporate formation and status records, resolutions, contracts and eligible business or export documents
- Passport and identity-document copies where the certification is permitted and the recipient accepts that format
Coordinate several records in one request
Have records from different states or federal agencies? Ask our team to review the complete set and its authentication needs.
Plan Armenian translation and power-of-attorney wording
For its passport procedures, Armenia's MFA calls for Armenian translation of foreign-language records after authentication and authentication of translations prepared abroad. Confirm the instructions for your particular file. We coordinate certified translations with ITA-approved translators. For transactions in Armenia, the MFA recommends obtaining power-of-attorney wording from a local Armenian notary before signing. Share the intended wording with our team so we can review the document service you need.
Arrange the U.S. document work from where you are
You can use our eligible remote coordination service without traveling to the United States solely for this work. Remote Online Notarization may be available depending on the document, signer circumstances, applicable law and receiving procedure. A separate record request, signing or government appointment may still require attendance. Worldwide return shipping can be arranged subject to destination and carrier availability; confirm the delivery destination with us before sending originals.
