UAE Embassy Legalization and Document Attestation

Starting a job, continuing your education or preparing family or business paperwork for the United Arab Emirates? Miami Dade Apostille coordinates UAE embassy legalization and attestation for eligible U.S. documents from all 50 states and federal authorities. We review your copies, confirm the appropriate authentication and attestation channel, and manage the agreed document work. Government and consular authorities issue the certifications. For documents that require the full legalization chain, we can help coordinate state authentication, federal authentication and embassy legalization. The required steps depend on the document and destination.

  • Certified divorce decrees, adoption records and other court documents
  • Diplomas, degrees, transcripts and other school or university records
  • FBI, state or local background checks and other eligible government records
  • Powers of attorney, affidavits, consent and authorization letters, and other notarized documents
  • Employment and experience letters, financial statements and medical records
  • Company formation records, good-standing certificates, resolutions, agreements and other business documents
  • Commercial invoices, certificates of origin and shipping or export documents, subject to their category-specific attestation requirements

UAE attestation depends on the document category

The UAE uses authentication and attestation rather than the Hague Apostille Convention route. The UAE Embassy's current personal and educational guidance directs attestation through VFS Global, effective August 21, 2025, after U.S. Department of State authentication. For educational records, we review the issuing institution, accreditation evidence and the recipient's requested document set with you. Corporate documents and commercial invoices have separate instructions; ordinary commercial invoices use a Ministry of Foreign Affairs channel. Our team confirms the appropriate route and any translation requirements before you send originals. Attestation does not replace degree recognition, a visa, registration or any required personal attendance.

Coordinate remotely and arrange return delivery

You can work with us from the UAE or elsewhere for eligible mail-in document services, without traveling to the United States just to use our coordination service. Share your deadline and return destination so we can confirm current options. We can arrange worldwide return shipping subject to destination and carrier availability. Separate record, signing and government attendance requirements still apply.

Miami Dade Apostille is a private document coordination service, not a government agency or law firm. We do not provide legal advice, complete applications, determine requirements, or issue government records, authentications or consular legalizations. Clients must confirm requirements directly with the UAE embassy, consulate or receiving authority. Government and receiving authorities decide eligibility and acceptance.
