Apostille Fe de Vida — Proof of Life for Foreign Pensions
Foreign pension recipients living in the United States must submit an annual apostilled fe de vida (proof of life) certificate to continue receiving pension payments. We process all proof of life documents same-day in Miami.
What Is a Fe de Vida?
A fe de vida (literally "certificate of life") is a notarized document confirming that a pension recipient is still alive. Foreign pension agencies require this annually to prevent fraud and continue payments.
The process: a U.S. notary witnesses your signature and certifies you are alive, then the document is apostilled by the Florida Secretary of State for use abroad.
