United States Notarization Online
Miami Dade Apostille offers United States online notarization with biometric identity verification and no Social Security number required. We welcome international clients and non-U.S. citizens who need a U.S. notarial act, including people unable to complete another platform's identity questions.
Meet online with a Florida-commissioned U.S. notary. Tell us where you will sign and what document you need notarized so we can confirm the right appointment for you.
Start my U.S. online notarization
U.S. citizenship is not required. Your identity must still be verified, and your document, signing location and recipient requirements must qualify.
Need an American notarization but another platform stopped you?
A request for a Social Security number, a lack of U.S. address or credit history, or failed identity questions can leave you stuck before you reach a notary.
Contact Miami Dade Apostille about our biometric verification service. Tell us what stopped you and the type of document you need. We can review a separate signing appointment without asking you to invent U.S. information or keep guessing at questions.
We cannot unlock another provider's account, remove its waiting period or guarantee that identity verification will succeed. We can help you check an alternative service route for your actual circumstances.
What makes this a United States notarization?
The notarial act is performed by a notary commissioned in Florida, a U.S. state. For a Florida remote online notarization, the notary is physically in Florida while you appear through live audio-video communication. Florida law treats a compliant online act as performed in Florida. A signer outside Florida consents to the act being performed under Florida law. [1]
This is a U.S. state notarial act, not a federal notarization, consular act or certification by the U.S. Department of State. Tell your recipient that the appointment uses a Florida-commissioned online notary so it can confirm any particular requirements before you sign.
Biometric identity verification, no SSN required
Our service uses biometric identity verification for eligible no-SSN appointments. You complete the identity checks provided for your session and present the identification required for the process.
Biometric verification does not mean anonymous notarization or no identification. Florida law recognizes biometric verification within its identity-proofing definition, and the applicable identification and online-notarization requirements still apply. [2]
Before your appointment, tell us your ID type, issuing country and physical signing location. Do not send your full ID number or a passport photograph in your first general inquiry. Follow the identity-submission instructions provided for the appointment.
For international clients and people without U.S. credit history
You do not need to become a U.S. citizen to request our service. If your difficulty is a missing Social Security number or inability to complete history-based questions, tell us that when you contact us.
Clients worldwide are welcome to inquire. We confirm the requirements for your country, identification and document rather than assuming every location or ID is supported. The U.S. State Department advises overseas signers to check both the U.S. state's rules and the rules of their foreign location when using remote notarization. [3]
For a signer physically outside the United States, Florida law permits a foreign passport without a U.S. immigration stamp as an identification credential. That specific exception does not remove identity verification or automatically apply to someone physically inside the U.S. [2]
Bring your document and the recipient's instructions
Tell us what needs notarization and who will receive it. We handle inquiries about a broad range of documents, but a notary cannot perform every requested act on every record.
Before booking, confirm:
- The recipient accepts a Florida remote online notarial act and electronic signing.
- The document contains the required information and the recipient has specified any necessary notarial certificate or witnesses.
- Any applicable rules at your signing location permit the proposed process.
- You know whether the final document needs an apostille, another authentication or a physical original.
An official birth certificate or federal record is not made suitable for international use simply by adding an online notarization. Those documents can require their own certification or authentication route. [4] [5]
If you need legal wording, advice about the document's effect or help choosing legal rights to grant, obtain that guidance from a qualified attorney or the receiving organization before the session.
How to get started
- Tell us what you need. Provide your document type, signing country and the country where it will be used. If another RON platform blocked you, briefly describe the issue without sending account passwords or sensitive identity details.
- Confirm the appointment requirements. We review the service requirements for your identification, document and location. Tell us about every signer, required witness and any specific instructions from the recipient.
- Complete biometric verification and meet online. Follow the identity-verification instructions and attend the live audio-video session with your camera, microphone and reliable internet connection ready. Complete the signing steps as instructed.
- Follow the recipient's submission instructions. Use the completed document in the required format. If an apostille or another authentication is needed, arrange that separately; an electronic notarial seal is not an apostille. [6]
