Apostille for Belarus
Miami Dade Apostille can coordinate the U.S. document work for your Belarus request, from a family certificate to an education or employment record. We handle eligible apostille services across all 50 states and federal authorities. Our team manages the applicable state, federal-agency or federal-court route; government authorities issue the apostilles. A qualifying apostille replaces diplomatic or consular legalization of covered U.S. public documents, while the receiving office decides the requirements and acceptance for your procedure.
Start with copies and the Belarus instructions
Show our team what the receiving office has asked for, along with readable copies and your full deadline. We can review the document work and delivery options together.
Bring us the documents your recipient requested
The right certification depends on the record itself. We can review these document types for eligible apostille and preparation services; the list is not a checklist for a particular Belarus application.
- Birth, marriage and death certificates, civil-status records and single-status statements
- Certified divorce decrees, adoption orders, probate documents and other court records
- FBI background checks and eligible state or local police records
- Diplomas, degrees, transcripts, school records and professional education certificates
- Powers of attorney, affidavits, consent letters, declarations and other eligible notarized documents
- Eligible federal records concerning naturalization, tax residency or Social Security
- Employment, pension, income, financial and medical records with the required certification
- Corporate formation and status certificates, resolutions, contracts and eligible business or export-related documents
- Passport and identity-document copies where certification is permitted and the recipient accepts the format
Check the whole package before arranging service
Include any certifications and attachments with your copies. We can discuss the applicable authority routes and agreed supporting services for the complete set.
Include the apostille in the translation plan
The Belarusian Embassy's guidance for U.S. official documents calls for a notarized Russian or Belarusian translation of the document, including its apostille. Before ordering a translation, ask the receiving office which translator and certification method it accepts. We coordinate certified translations with ITA-approved translators after reviewing those instructions. Translation certification remains a separate requirement; it does not turn a covered apostille into a request for additional consular legalization.
Confirm return arrangements before sending originals
Our eligible remote service can be arranged without traveling to the United States solely to work with us. Discuss the return destination first: worldwide shipping is subject to destination and carrier availability, and the available delivery arrangements must be confirmed before you send originals. Remote Online Notarization may be an option depending on the document, signer circumstances, applicable law and receiving procedure. Separate record-access, signing or government attendance requirements still apply.

Once the document format and delivery arrangements are confirmed, send the required originals or certified copies to Miami Dade Apostille. Miami Dade Apostille is a private document coordination service, not a government agency or law firm. We do not provide legal advice, complete applications, determine document requirements, or issue government records or apostilles. Clients must confirm requirements directly with the consulate, embassy or receiving authority in Belarus. Government and receiving authorities decide eligibility and acceptance.
