Jordan Embassy Legalization
Preparing U.S. paperwork for a family matter, work or a transaction in Jordan? Miami Dade Apostille can help coordinate Jordan embassy legalization for eligible documents from all 50 states and federal authorities. Tell us what the receiving office requested and send copies for review. Academic records and certain commercial papers have distinct requirements, which we review before confirming the service. For documents that require the full legalization chain, we can help coordinate state authentication, federal authentication and embassy legalization. The required steps depend on the document and destination. Government and consular authorities issue the official certifications; our company coordinates the required work.
Let us review your Jordan request
Send the receiving office's instructions with your document copies. We can help confirm the appropriate service and available handling.
Send your document list for review
We can review these document groups and help identify the applicable service. Eligibility and required certification depend on the record, its issuer and its intended use in Jordan:
- Birth, marriage, death and single-status records, and eligible passport or identity-document copies
- Certified divorce, adoption, probate and other court documents
- School and university certificates, diplomas, degrees and transcripts for review of the separate academic certification route
- FBI, state or local background reports, and other eligible federal or government records
- Powers of attorney, assignments of agent, affidavits, consent letters, authorizations and notarized agreements
- Employment, experience and income letters, professional credentials, financial statements and medical reports
- Articles of incorporation, bylaws, good-standing certificates, company resolutions, trademarks and commercial contracts
- Invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, health or product certificates and other shipping or export papers, subject to any applicable exception

Confirm the academic or commercial route first
Jordan is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, so an apostille alone does not replace embassy legalization where legalization is required. The embassy's 2026 instructions direct U.S. school and university certificates, diplomas and transcripts to a separate AMIDEAST certification route. They also distinguish certain original documents accompanying a customs declaration from other commercial papers. Share the exact document set and the recipient's checklist so we can review which service applies, including any translation or supporting-record needs. Legalization does not itself grant academic recognition, professional licensing or approval of a separate application.
Arrange service without a trip to the United States
For eligible mail-in documents, you can coordinate with our team while living in Jordan or elsewhere. You do not need to travel to the United States solely to use our document service. We confirm format and delivery arrangements before you send originals, and can arrange worldwide return shipping subject to destination and carrier availability. Any separate signing, record-access or government attendance requirements still apply.
Plan your Jordan document service with us
Call 1 (800) 631-9171 or email [email protected] with copies, the Jordan recipient's instructions, your deadline and return destination. Send required originals or certified copies to Miami Dade Apostille only after we confirm format and delivery instructions. Requests are accepted 24/7, 365 days a year, with replies approximately two hours during regular business hours.
Miami Dade Apostille is a private document coordination service, not a government agency or law firm. We do not provide legal advice, complete applications, determine requirements, or issue government records, authentications or consular legalizations. Clients must confirm requirements directly with the Jordanian embassy, consulate or receiving authority. Government and receiving authorities decide eligibility and acceptance.
